This solution aims to increase the recycling and reuse of beverage packaging. It will be launched in Poland in October 2025. From then on, beverages will be available in stores in packaging marked with a special deposit system symbol along with the deposit amount.

Packaging Markings
Companies marketing beverages in packaging covered by the system will be required to clearly mark their packaging indicating their participation in the system and the deposit amount.

Deposit Amount for Individual Packaging

Plastic bottles up to 3 liters – if marked with the system symbol, the customer will receive 0.50 PLN upon return.
Metal cans up to 1 liter – 0.50 PLN for returning a can covered by the system.
Reusable glass bottles up to 1.5 liters – 1 PLN will be refunded upon return.
