Maria Eleonora Hebisz is an artist and researcher who combines the world of fine arts with reflection on multiculturalism and education. She graduated in pedagogy and visual arts from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and completed doctoral studies in philosophy and history at the University of Łódź. Her artistic and scholarly work draws inspiration from numerous trips to Latin America, including Peru, Mexico, Argentina, and Chile—where she conducted fieldwork and collaborated with international research centers.

In her work, she explores themes related to visual anthropology, educational policy, and the relationship between art and society. She is a member of the Association of Polish Visual Artists, the Association of Sculptors, and the Polish Society for Latin American Studies.
